First Generation

1. Isaac Corey^1,2 was born in Nov 1684 in Plainfield, Windham Co, CT. He signed a will on 9 Feb 1747/48.³ Probated 14 Jun 1748 in which he left to wife Hannah, son Joseph, eldest son Isaac, Jr., the latter to be exec. Witnesses were: Seth Dean; James Seaton; John Smith, Jr. He died in 1748 in Plainfield, Windham Co, CT. This Isaac is most likely Isaac3 (Isaac2, John1). Joan Guiford has placed him in a separate branch until the connection can be establish. Al B. Cory placed him in the William branch as Isaac3 (William2, William1).

Isaac Corey and Hannah were married about 1707. Hannah¹ was born about 1685. She died. Isaac Corey and Hannah had the following children:

3	ii.	Joseph Corey1 was born on 22 Feb 1709/10 in Plainfield, Windham Co, CT. He died about 1710. died an infant.
