533. Abner Cory¹ was born on 10 Oct 1805 in New Philadelphia, Tuscarawas Co, OH. He died on 13 Jan 1870 in Coryville, Kewaunee Co, WI. BIOGRAPHY
Early in 1853, Abner and Children moved to the region of Green Bay, WI. He engaged in lumbering and farming. In 1856 he was made chairman of a meeting called to organize the county, afterwards called Kewaunee. In 1857 he was elected the first Judge of the new county, a position he held for four years.
