41. Jacob Corey was born on 14 May 1756 in Mansfield, Tolland Co, CT. He and his brother Jonathan both served in the Revolutionary War from Manchester in Captain Eben Allen's Company, Samuel Herrick's Regiment in 1779.

He is prob. the Jacob who in 1810 was in Washington Co, NY, with his brother John. There are deeds for him Manchester, , VT, the first on 8 Feb 1796 when he and Joanna sold property in Manchester and second, 6 Mar 1796 when he sold the other half of his lot, Joanna not a party to this sale.

Jacob Corey and Joanna were married in prob. VT. Jacob Corey and Joanna had the following children:

Corey was born about 1784 in Manchester, Bennington Co, VT. She died before 1800.
