  75. Email from Nate Sornborger. I believe her correct name was Elmira. She married my G-G-G grandfather Niles Butler Sornborger. and had three children, Laura, Elgin, and Martin. The info I have, indicates she died in 1842, the same year Martin was born. Probably in childbirth. Niles remarried around 1870, so the 1860 death date is possible, it just seems unlikely from the verbal family history have. There are a few Sornb(pick your vowel)rgers in the Cory tree. The proper spelling is generally Sornberger, one branch spells it Sornborger.
